4 large and comfortable bedrooms (2 of the bedrooms can be made up as a Super King bed or full size twin beds and 2 are King Size beds). All our bedding is 300 thread count cotton sheets, you are sure to have a comfortable nights sleep!

2 bath/shower rooms and downstairs cloakroom. The new shower room, all finished to a high standard, has a large, fixed head power shower and separate handset . The bathroom has an electric shower and full-size bath to enjoy a soak in!

Fully equipped kitchen diner with gas hob range cooker, large farmhouse style table comfortably seating 8 guests, plus adjoining conservatory with log-burning stove.

Tea, coffee, sugar, and milk is provided to quench your thirst on arrival. You’ll also receive our famous Welcome Basket of local and homemade goodies to enjoy. Salt, pepper, cooking oil and washing up liquid is also provided in the kitchen plus hand wash and loo roll throughout too.

You can check in from 3pm on your day of arrival. We operate a self check-in process and you’ll receive an email with full instructions shortly before your stay with us.

Yes, free on street parking is available outside 118 High Street and you should never have to park too far away.

Whilst we always recommend our guests to use the small independent shops in Kirkcudbright, there is also a small CO-OP on St Cuthbert Street and a Tesco also on St Cuthbert Street - both are walking distance from 118 High Street.

Yes. We have a shed in the garden with room to store bikes at 118 High Street.

Yes. 118 High Street’s garden is divided into 2 sections. The first section has decking and a table and chairs is dog proof. The second section has an area of grass and a gravel section where the shed, logs and washing line are. It is an interesting garden and fun to explore.

There are two public electric car charging points in Kirkcudbright. One in located at 105 High Street and the other can be found at 2 St Cuthbert Street.

We welcome two well behaved dogs at 118 High Street (and kindly ask that they stay downstairs and not on the furniture).

Should guests have to cancel their booking, please note that the following refund policy applies:-
Once payment is received, the deposit or full payment amount will only be refunded if the property is re-booked.
a) There is 12 weeks or longer from the date of cancellation to the arrival date
b) The deposit or total amount will only be refunded if the cancelled dates are re-booked for the same period at the same rate. Guests will be refunded once the re-booked funds are received.
c) We reserve the right to charge an administration refund fee of £10.00
We strongly recommend all clients take out their own Holiday Insurance Policy.
